Thomas College guarantees all graduates will find a job within six months of earning their degree. Those that do not find work can start a master's program at the college for free or have Thomas cover up to one year's worth of their student loan payments. To qualify, students must maintain at least a 3.0 GPA, participate in an internship, and complete professional and career development activities during their undergraduate studies. Undergraduate and graduate programs of study at Thomas cover subjects such as communications, criminal justice, political science, and sport management. The college also offers an accelerated three-year bachelor's program that allows students to graduate faster and save up to 25% on tuition and room and board. Applicants must submit high school transcripts and one letter of recommendation, but the school does not require entrance exam scores. Incoming students with a high school GPA of 3.7 or above qualify for a scholarship worth up to $17,500 per year.

9% of students were accepted during the 2020-2021 school year. Sometimes schools with midrange acceptance rates have higher standards of entry but are still accessible to many students who apply.
Retention Rate Insight
86% of full-time students stayed to continue their studies the following academic year. These students started in Fall 2019 and returned in Fall 2020.
Graduation Rate Insight
95% of students graduated out of all full-time, first-time students who began their studies in Fall 2014. Keep in mind many students who enroll are not typically first-time students, as most are adult learners. Therefore, the number of first-time students is traditionally low.
