Bentley University was established in 1917 as a finance and accounting school. The institution carries on this tradition by offering business-centered academic programs to more than 5,000 students every year. Bentley offers blended and hybrid classes through the Zoom platform, which enables graduate candidates to accommodate full-time employment. Learners pay per course and may apply for financial aid if they take classes as part of a degree plan. Online course topics include managerial statistics, marketing management, and strategic innovation. Students can enroll in a global strategy course, learning how to leverage their ideas and create project proposals on an international scale. Bentley also facilitates a financial statement analysis class that helps learners with decision-making. In addition to individual online classes, the university oversees a remote master of business administration program that is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Online MBA candidates take one course at a time. They pick from eight concentrations, including accountancy, law and taxation, and information systems and technology.

Admissions Breakdown
Acceptance Rate Insight
5% of students were accepted during the 2020-2021 school year. Sometimes schools with midrange acceptance rates have higher standards of entry but are still accessible to many students who apply.
Retention Rate Insight
76% of full-time students stayed to continue their studies the following academic year. These students started in Fall 2019 and returned in Fall 2020.
Graduation Rate Insight
98% of students graduated out of all full-time, first-time students who began their studies in Fall 2014. Keep in mind many students who enroll are not typically first-time students, as most are adult learners. Therefore, the number of first-time students is traditionally low.
